Rosa has over 10 year’s event management experience, having worked at an array of venues, festivals and weddings. Rosa thrives off managing large scale operations with cross-functional internal teams and contractors, executing strict deadlines, targets and co-ordinating staff to a high standard.

With an infectious positive energy, Rosa enjoys working within a thriving team, putting people first, innovating problems and has a strong work ethic.
Rosa is a loyal person, and will always take the time to listen to others, and enjoy coaching them to bring our their best. Rosa Challenges herself with goals and being open to constantly learning, always striving for better.

Currently at community owned Zion Bristol as their events manager, Rosa programmes hundreds of events for all age ranges and members of the community. Rosa also creates three high quality printed programmes each year, as well as managing private hires including Weddings, as well as managing a range of ticketed events.

In 2023 Rosa proudly completed her CMI (Chartered Management Institute) level 7 Management and Leadership extended Diploma, and is currently in the process of becoming a chartered manager.

Prior to that, Rosa was the senior operations coordinator at Pirate.com for UK & Europe, where there were daily challenges to overcome, constantly innovating and improving operational processes for the better to achieve organisational goals.

Rosa Gray is also a freelance professional musician and multi instrumentalist performing all over the South West of England. Having released her own EP on Spotify & iTunes with her originals band ‘The Rosa Gray Band’ and completed a UK Festival tour, Rosa performs in a Jazz Duo ‘Jazz The Two Of Us’ and various function bands at private functions and weddings.

Rosa graduated with a high BA honours music degree from BathSpa university achieving a 76 for her final jazz flute recital. Although primarily a jazz flautist, Rosa plays alto Saxophone, has a powerful soul filled voice and a confidence & charm on stage enabling her to interact well with crowds as an excellent front woman. As well as a love for music, Rosa has a passion for fabric and creating her own show stopping outfits to wear on stage.
